I have been practicing in downtown Portage since 1988. The trust my patients put in me to take care of their dental needs is an honor and a privilege that I do not take lightly. I enjoy the daily interactions I have with my patients and the wide variety of care that being a general dentist offers. I am committed to making our patient's needs and concerns my top priority while creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.

I am truly blessed to have an amazing and supportive dental team. Seubert Family Dentistry is fortunate that many of our team members have been working here for over 20 years. This has provided our patients with a very stable dental home. We are committed to excellence in all our services, so we can help our patients achieve the highest level of dental and overall health in an atmosphere of trust and compassion.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

Family is important to me. Cindy and I have been blessed with 2 sons; Travis (Mary) and Mitchell (Hannah) and 6 grandchildren. I love spending time at Bass Lake in northern Wisconsin; it's our slice of
paradise. I make time to be with family; playing golf, fishing, kayaking, curling, snow skiing, and spending time in the water.

We feel it is important to support the community that supports us. We are fortunate to work and live in a constantly growing community. In addition to volunteering with the Wisconsin Dental Association and Donated Dental Services; we sponsor local sporting teams and events, provide PHS- Golf Team scholarships, and support local academic and art events. We donate to St Mary Church, Portage Library, and a variety of downtown businesses. We are proud to be located in downtown Portage.
