Your First Visit
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high quality dental care. We are sensitive to your needs and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing you with the best care possible.
During your first visit with Dr. Curran or Dr. Seubert:
- We will review your dental and medical history forms
- We will take x-rays of your teeth and mouth
- The doctor will do a comprehensive exam of teeth, gums and oral structures.
- The doctor will discuss your X-rays, your own unique treatment plan and answer any questions that you may have.
- Your cleaning or gum therapy will be scheduled, along with any other individual treatment needs.
Please bring these with you to your first appointment:
- your completed patient information form
- medical history and list of current medications
- your insurance information
Regular check ups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile. The American Dental Association recommends visiting your dentist every 6 months for check ups and routine cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
We understand that you have a busy schedule so when you are preparing to visit the dentist remember that your appointments can last 60-90 minutes.
